We deliver approved Consumer ADR schemes for participating traders, giving eligible customers a free route to have their complaints considered by an experienced ADR official. Our approach is calm, structured and evidence-based — designed to resolve disputes without the cost, delay and stress of court proceedings.
Beyond consumer schemes, our accredited mediators regularly conduct civil and commercial mediations for businesses, professionals and individuals, working from a base in the North West of England and covering the whole of the UK.
