ProMediate (UK) Limited provides independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for consumer disputes involving participating traders.

Our aim is to resolve complaints fairly, impartially and efficiently through an accessible process that is free to eligible consumers.

ADR provides an alternative to court proceedings by helping consumers and traders resolve disputes through mediation, conciliation, facilitated negotiation or neutral evaluation where appropriate.
