4. Our commitments to users
- Treat every user fairly, impartially and with respect.

- Ensure our decision-making is free from bias, prejudice and improper influence.
- Monitor equality data (where lawful and proportionate) to improve our service.
5. Our commitments as an employer

- Maintain a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation.
- Provide equality, diversity and inclusion training to all staff and mediators.
- Support flexible working and reasonable adjustments where practicable.
6. Responsibility, monitoring and review
Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Board of ProMediate (UK) Limited. All staff, mediators and contractors share responsibility for applying it in their day-to-day work. The policy is reviewed at least annually and updated in response to legal developments, best practice guidance and user feedback.
7. Raising concerns
If you believe you have experienced discrimination or unfair treatment in relation to our service, please raise it through our Complaints About ProMediate procedure. Complaints are handled confidentially and used to improve our service.
